An integrative approach to Art Psychotherapy that combines influences from Jungian Psychology, Movement & Expressive Arts.

Drawing from influences of Jungian Depth Psychology, I work with image, metaphor, symbol, reflective dialogue and active imagination to help clients explore their inner world. I also emphasize the importance of embodiment—engaging the senses and trusting the creative process to bring insight and integration. Whether you are navigating life transitions, seeking deeper self-understanding, or wanting to reclaim your creative vitality, I offer a supportive, confidential, non-judgmental space where you can explore freely.

About Sarah Bargus

It is in the imaginal realm—in the dance between psyche and soma, image, mask, symbol and movement—where my deepest work unfolds. Shaped by the wisdom of the embodied soul, and inspired by depth psychology, I offer spaces where the unconscious can rise and speak through art, body, and dialogue.
